A pregnancy scan done in the comfort of your own home is quick, painless, and stress-free for your dog or cat. It can also give you a rough idea of numbers (ultrasound can never give you an exact number count), so that you know if your pet is carrying only one foetus – which can be problematic for some breeds when giving birth.
